28-Day Returns Guarantee: We offer a 28-day returns period on eligible standard stock pool tables, snooker tables, air hockey tables and games tables from the date of delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Change-of-Mind Returns: To qualify for a return, tables must be:

• Unused and unplayed on
• Unassembled and uninstalled
• Complete with all parts and accessories
• Returned in their original packaging and resaleable condition

Once a table has been assembled, installed, played on, altered or damaged, we may refuse the return or make a deduction for any reduction in value.

Return Costs: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for all return transport, collection, dismantling, courier and insurance costs. Specialist collection or redelivery charges may also apply where required.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Tables: Please inspect your table on delivery and report any damage, shortages or faults as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with photographs where possible. Where a fault, delivery damage or supply error is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, exchange or refund and cover reasonable return or collection costs.

Bespoke & Custom Tables: Tables made, ordered or customised to your specification, including custom finishes, cloth colours, dining tops or special-order configurations, cannot be returned for change of mind once production or procurement has commenced.

Refunds: Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
