UK Delivery

Orders for stock items are normally dispatched the same working day when payment is received before 1:00pm (Monday to Friday).
Orders received after this time will usually be dispatched on the next working day.

Free Standard Delivery
Available on most UK mainland orders (excluding game tables).
Typical delivery time: 2–3 working days.

Express Delivery
Available on selected products.
Typical delivery time: 1–2 working days, with most mainland UK deliveries arriving the next working day.
Scottish Highlands, Islands and remote locations may take longer.

Game Table Delivery & Installation
Unless otherwise stated, slate-bed pool, snooker and games table prices include standard
ground-floor delivery and professional installation within mainland UK.
We will contact you before delivery to discuss access requirements and arrange a suitable installation date.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Scotland, Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote locations.

• London Congestion Zone deliveries.

• Upstairs, basement or difficult-access installations.

• Locations requiring additional manpower, specialist equipment or extended installation times.

Customers are responsible for ensuring there is adequate access to the installation location, including suitable doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts, parking and room access. If access difficulties are identified, we may recommend an alternative installation method or table configuration.

What’s Included with Slate Bed Tables
Our slate bed tables include:
Your chosen cabinet finish and cloth colour from the standard options.
A starter accessory pack appropriate for the table size, typically including balls, cues, chalk and a triangle.
Additional accessories, upgrades and professional equipment can be purchased separately before delivery.

International Delivery

We ship to over 60 countries worldwide.
Customers outside the UK should contact us for a delivery quotation if shipping rates are not available at checkout.

Most international shipments are fully trackable. Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs procedures and local carriers.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any import duties, customs clearance charges, local taxes or VAT are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

For EU deliveries, most UK-origin goods benefit from current UK-EU trade arrangements; however, duties may still apply to certain products depending on their origin, classification and local import regulations.

Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect goods upon delivery and report any visible damage, shortages or incorrect items as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt. Where possible, photographs should be provided to assist with any investigation or courier claim.

Please do not assemble, install, use or alter any item that appears damaged, faulty or incorrect until the issue has been reported and assessed by our team. Reporting within 48 hours helps us resolve issues quickly and efficiently and does not affect your statutory rights.
