SAM Leisure carry a huge range of cues, cases and accessories. We endeavour to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving payment and acknowledging order.

If the goods are temporarily out of stock, or will take longer to dispatch, perhaps because of size or weight for instance, then we will inform you. We use a variety of carriers to ensure you receive the most efficient and economic service. A signature will be required on delivery.

If there are any special instructions please mark these clearly. For example, no deliveries before or after specific times, leave with a neighbour etc. Please also provide a contact phone number as our carriers will use this in the event of any problems in locating your address or finding anyone to sign for delivery. The more information we have the better service we can provide.
