28-Day Returns Guarantee: We offer a 28-day returns period on eligible standard stock items from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, unassembled, complete and in their original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and parts included. Please contact us before returning any item.

Return Costs: For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage and any collection or dismantling costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage, faults or shortages as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours. Where a fault or error is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs.

Product Exclusions:

• Custom-made, bespoke, made-to-order and personalised products cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Pool, snooker and billiard cues must be returned unused and unchalked. Used, chalked or altered cues are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds:  Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
