If the goods are temporarily out of stock, or will take longer to dispatch, perhaps because of size or weight for instance, then we will inform you. We use a variety of carriers to ensure you receive the most efficient and economic service. A signature will be required on delivery.

For example, no deliveries before or after specific times, leave with a neighbour etc. Please also provide a contact phone number as our carriers will use this in the event of any problems in locating your address or finding anyone to sign for delivery.
