“150 guests from all over the world were flown in to take part in a unique event in the beautiful “Booking Office Bar” at the majestic 5* St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, London. Rico Diks, a 3-time European Pool Champion and organiser of this whole event welcomed the guests along with his 6 immaculately dressed trained referees.
With 32 teams of 3-5 players every team would play 3 matches on the 6 professional SAM pool tables provided by SAM Leisure, the UK’s best pool table providers. After this the best team from each table along with 2 “lucky loser” team would make up the single knock out quarter finals. Starting at 20.00 and finished by midnight the event proved to be a huge success for the client, organiser and guests alike.”
