Availability
SAM Leisure carry a huge range of products. We endeavour to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving payment and acknowledging order.
If the goods are temporarily out of stock, or will take longer to dispatch, perhaps because of size or weight for instance, then we will inform you.
Tables in particular usually have longer lead times as they may require two staff to deliver or install the table. We use a variety of carriers to ensure you receive the most efficient and economic service. A signature will be required on delivery.
If there are any special instructions please mark these clearly. For example, no deliveries before or after specific times, leave with a neighbour etc. Please also provide a contact phone number as our carriers will use this in the event of any problems in locating your address or finding anyone to sign for delivery. The more info we have the better service we can provide.

Delivery
All Buffalo table tennis table prices include delivery to your home or premises, given standard conditions, by a carrier. We will always discuss your delivery at time of order to ensure a smooth process. If you are located in an area that may attract additional cost, we will advise the most economical way to deliver the table. Areas likely to be affected are the Highlands, Offshore Islands, Northern Ireland and far West of Cornwall. Customers outside of the UK should contact us for a quotation, we have delivered tables all over Europe, the Middle East and further afield!
These tables are designed to be assembled by the customer. If you require full installation service this can be arranged at an appropriate cost. Please contact us for details.
