INCOMPLETE BALL SET

Balls – Wrong size? Incorrect magnetic ball entering tray or sticking to magnet? Stolen? Too many balls in other table(s)?

Internal obstruction – Run balls down all pockets, lift slate and check ball runs are properly seated & secure, clear physical obstructions, check interior for balls.

Misaligned ball tray – Has the tray stopped in the wrong position? Check the microswitch is not bent & properly engages with the tray. Check the motor operation 4 times, thus fully rotating the tray through 360 degrees. Check power supply, initially, use the pcb battery tester. ‘bA OFF’ may signify a faulty PCB. Use a meter, each battery (or pack) should register minimum 6 volts cold. 6v batteries should be minimum 40Ah rated. Check for loose wiring/connections.

REJECTING COINS

Power supply – Initially, use the pcb battery tester. ‘bA OFF’ may signify a faulty pcb. Use a meter, each battery/pack should register minimum 6 volts cold.
6v batteries should be minimum 40Ah rated. Check for loose wiring/connections.

Coin mech – Wipe with a clean, dry rag. Is the reject gate sticking open? Is the reject button working properly?

Coin path – Ensure the mech carrier is not broken & mech is seated properly. Ensure the coin mech is aligned with cashbox slot & the cash lid is not raised. Is
the box locked? Has the lock been removed?

Programming – Is/are the coin(s) enabled (samik 3 & samik 4), and assigned the correct value (samik 3)?

ACCEPTING COINS, NO VEND/CREDIT

Coin path – Are coins sticking in the slot? Ensure mech carrier is not broken & mech is seated properly. Ensure the coin mech is aligned with cashbox slot &
cash lid is not raised. Is the box locked? Has the lock been removed?

Programming – does POP labelling agree with programme? Is the clock set correctly & are all coins assigned their correct value? (samik 3).

Play button – for AccuVend or timed games, is the play button correctly wired & engaging with the switch?
