Despatch

We will endeavour to dispatch goods as soon as possible. Remember, SAM Leisure hold stocks, we do not ‘drop ship’ or arrange dispatch from other suppliers. We use a variety of carriers and delivery methods depending on the nature of the goods and your location.

Be assured, you will always be given a confirmed delivery cost before you pay. If special conditions apply and your order falls outside standard delivery charges, you will be contacted personally to establish the best delivery method and lowest cost.

Carrier deliveries (untimed), will usually arrive with you within 2 days. If you need something quickly, give us a call and we will do our best!

Tables and larger items may require a dedicated delivery and you will be contacted to discuss arrangements. These items, delivered from stock can commonly be delivered within 1 week. Custom items or those requiring manufacture are usually available within 6 weeks.  We have detailed our delivery terms for specific products within our product pages. If your item is not available from stock, we will contact you to discuss your options. 

Guarantee & Returns

Our products come from a wide variety of manufacturers and therefore carry various guarantees and warranties. Be assured, we strive to supply only the best products at the best value price. You are protected by your statutory rights but we are rigorous in our own product sourcing and quality control. If you experience any dissatisfaction with the performance of our products, or their condition in arrival, get in touch straightaway so we can address your concerns promptly. We are unable to entertain any requests for return or refund under warranty unless notified promptly. Where goods need returning or replacing we will arrange collection or advise on method of return.

In our experience, problems are mercifully few because we take great care in selecting our offered products and our methods of despatch. Our table fitters are experienced and trained on the products they are installing. However, we all know sometimes things just go wrong. Thankfully, we have also found that there are even fewer issues that cannot be resolved satisfactorily, when properly discussed. The key is communication, we want to hear from you.
